Chefs and family cooks will teach you recipes and skills which have been passed down through the generations. Hands-on workshops in authentic regional cuisine which includes visiting the local produce markets with your instructors to gain an indepth knowledge of the essential ingredients.

Pistoia’s Finest
Cooking lessons with one of Pistoia’s Michelin star rated Chef’s. Private hands-on cooking demonstration featuring the preparation of antipasti, primi, secondi ad dolce with a special emphasis on local cuisine. Participants begin the lesson with a visit to Pistoia’s reknowned (open air) fresh produce market in “Piazza della Sala” where your host will explain the different market items and you’ll select some of the ingredients for the today’s lesson.

Exquisite cousine
Experience the art of contemporary Florentine cuisine with Chefs from one of Florence’s most famous trattoria's. You'll gain an indepth knowledge of the essential ingredients, choosing the right extra virgin olive oil, using fresh herbs, making pasta and other local dishes. There will also be a briefing on the proper wines to accompany the recipes. After the cooking lesson participants will have the opportunity to sample the fruits of their labour while enjoying a full course meal. Everyone will be presented with an apron and a booklet which elucidates the trattoria's method and includes recipes and technical documentation of the proper wines to accompany meals.
