He was born in Sicily and has been living in Pistoia with his family for 34 years. He joined artisis in this town Durino his authentic spiritual essente. By impressine in the stone his creatività he brings sculptures, reproduction of capitals, heraldic bearings and bas-reliefs to life.In the corse of the years he knew and attendee the cultural society “Della Robbia” co-ordinated by the sculptor Nevo Di Marco.He was invited to take part in a scultore exhibition with the subject of “The Maternità”in the occasion of the Women’s Day. He drew his ispiration to realize this work from a big stone found under restoration rubale at his friend Oreste Riparbelli’s house. This work espresses his conception of world, life and deepest emotions of the human spirit. In the same period he sculptures a second maternità, which is on show together with the first one in the exhibition. Both of them have a great success. Since that moment he start a corse of studies that leads him to a deeper knowledge of his own and also that of many artists, e.g. of Slao, who is able to stimulate him to create new works.
